TOWN OF LOGANSPORT
February 11, 2025
The regular monthly meeting of the Logansport Town Council was held Tuesday, February 11, 2025 in the Council Chamber of Logansport Town Hall with Mayor Mark
Woods presiding. Council members present: Zachary Bossier, Michael Mynes, Pam Thomas and Anthony Wilson. Katherine Freeman absent. One guest present.
The meeting was opened with a prayer from Mr. Mynes and Mayor Woods led the Pledge of Allegiance.
With a motion from Mr. Bossier and second from Mrs. Thomas the January minutes were approved. All ayes. One absent.
The monthly bills were approved as presented with a motion from Mrs. Thomas and seconded by Mr. Mynes. All ayes. One absent.
A resolution that the Town of Logansport informs the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality that actions were taken by the Mayor and Town Council with a
motion by Mr. Mynes and seconded by Mr. Wilson. All ayes. One absent.
Council asked mayor to look into north 5 th street about seeing if it was feasible to open it.
Mayor Woods proposed putting a gate door with lock on bathrooms on the riverfront during freezing weather. The council approved with a motion from Mr. Bossier and
seconded by Mrs. Thomas. All ayes. One absent.
With nothing further to discuss the meeting was adjourned with a motion from Mrs. Thomas and seconded by Mr. Bossier. All ayes. One absent.
