TOWN OF LOGANSPORT
August 13, 2024
The regular monthly meeting of the Logansport Town Council was held Tuesday, August 13, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Logansport Town Hall with Mayor Judge Cordray presiding. Council members present: Pam Thomas, Mark Woods, Katherine Freeman and Zachary Bossier. Anthony Wilson absent. Two guests present.
The meeting was opened with the Lord’s Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.
With a motion from Mr. Bossier and seconded by Mrs. Thomas the July minutes were approved. All ayes. One absent.
The monthly bills were approved with a motion from Mr. Bossier and seconded by Mrs. Freeman. All ayes. One absent.
There were no public comments.
Tammy Timmons, Town Clerk presented to Town Council an updated Employee Handbook for them to look over and report any changes that need to be made.
Mayor Cordray requested for Town Council member to attend management training to count toward bonus points for Logansport Water Treatment by TMB Water Treatment Consultants. Mr. Bossier said he would attend.
Mayor Cordray reported cleanup was improving and grass was getting cut. We are still waiting on horse should have been in the end of July. Mayor Cordray congratulated all members of council on serving for the next four years and he also congratulated Mark Woods on serving as Mayor for the next four years.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned with a motion by Mr. Bossier and second from Mrs. Thomas. All ayes. One absent.
