MINUTES
TOWN OF LOGANSPORT
July 8, 2025
The regular monthly meeting of the Logansport Town Council was held Tuesday, July 8, 2025 in the Council Chamber of Logansport Town Hall with Mayor Mark Woods presiding. Council members present: Zachary Bossier, Katherine Freeman, Michael Mynes, Pam Thomas and Anthony Wilson. One guest present.
Mr. Mynes opened the meeting with a prayer and Mayor Woods led the Pledge of Allegiance.
With a motion from Mr. Bossier and seconded by Mrs. Thomas the June minutes were approved. All ayes. None absent.
The general monthly bills were approved with a motion from Mrs. Thomas and seconded by Mr. Mynes. The utility bills were approved with a motion from Mr. Bossier and seconded by Mrs. Thomas. All ayes. None absent.
The financial statements for the Town of Logansport for 2024 prepared by Marsha O. Millican was approved with a motion from Mr. Mynes and seconded by Mrs. Thomas. All ayes. None absent.
Mr. Bossier reported that the fishing tournament turned out good. Discussions were made on mowing of ballfields, Garrett’s Park, cleaning out ditches and speed bumps.
Mayor Woods reported July 4th Fireworks was a huge success and one of the biggest crowds we ever had. The concrete bench has been ordered for the riverfront.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned with a motion from Mrs. Thomas and seconded by Mr. Wilson. All ayes. None absent.
