MINUTES
TOWN OF LOGANSPORT
April 8, 2025
The regular monthly meeting of the Logansport Town Council was held Tuesday, April 8, 2025 in the Council Chamber of Logansport Town Hall with Mayor Mark Woods
presiding. Council members present: Katherine Freeman, Michael Mynes, Pam Thomas and Anthony Wilson. Zachary Bossier absent. Two guest present.
The meeting was opened with prayer by Mr. Mynes and Mayor Woods led the Pledge of Allegiance.
With a motion from Mrs. Thomas and seconded by Mr. Mynes the March minutes were approved. All ayes. One absent.
The monthly bills were approved as presented with a motion from Mrs. Freeman and seconded by Mrs. Thomas for General and a motion from Mrs. Freeman and seconded
by Mr. Wilson for Utility. All ayes. One absent.
A resolution for the LCDBG Block Grant authorizing signatory by Mayor on behalf of town was approved with a motion by Mrs. Freeman and seconded by Mr. Mynes. All
ayes. One absent.
A resolution authorizing the mayor to execute on half and in name of town for Block Grant Engineering services was approved with a motion by Mrs. Thomas and seconded
by Mrs. Freeman. All ayes. One absent.
A resolution authorizing the mayor to execute on behalf and in name of town for Block Grant Administrative services was approved with a motion by Mr. Thomas and
seconded by Mrs. Freeman. All ayes. One absent.
Mayor reported road under bridge would be fixed when railroad gets through working on it, the pier on boardwalk on riverfront is going to be repaired. Two more speed bumps
are going to be place on Second Street and Uncas Street.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned with a motion from Mrs. Thomas and seconded by Mr. Mynes. All ayes. One absent.
