TOWN OF LOGANSPORT
MAY 14, 2024
The regular monthly meeting of the Logansport Town Council was held Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Logansport Town Hall with Katherine Freeman presiding. Council members present: Anthony Wilson, Mark Woods and Zachary Bossier. Judge Cordray and Pam Thomas absent. No guest present.
The meeting was opened with the Lord’s Prayer and Pledge of Allegiance.
With a motion from Mr. Bossier and seconded by Mr. Wilson the April minutes were approved. All ayes. One absent.
The monthly bills were approved with a motion from Mr. Woods and seconded by Zachary Bossier. All ayes. One absent.
A Resolution approving the appointment of Director, Mark Woods and an Alternate Director, Anthony Wilson to represent the Town of Logansport, State of Louisiana, on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Municipal Natural Gas Purchasing and Distribution Authority, was approve with a motion by Mr. Bossier and seconded by Mrs. Freeman.
Discussion was held on how well the River City Fest had turned out and the new water meter installation should be completed by the end of the month.
With no further business to discuss the meeting was adjourned with a motion from Mr. Bossier and seconded by Mr. Wilson.
